For the most part, my stay at this property was good. Mostly quiet facility and neighborhood. Very convenient and short walk to train station & city center. Good value.

Basic clean hotel out towards Wilhelma

Clean and decent, basic old place. Yes it's overpriced, but every hotel in Germany is. Separate restaurant on the street front serves breakfast and all meals, is run by v nice people. Also two main tram lines in the street - ask for a room at the back! And it's only two stops from Wilhelmina ...

Not a hotel but a run down hostel

A total dump! Stayed there to be near the arena. It should be classified as a hostel! This is not a hotel!!! Gross shared bathrooms! Felt the mattress springs in my back the entire night! Absolutely worst place I’ve stayed at.

No window in the room (only in the washroom, opening a little bit, there was no AC. It was too hot to sleep, the fan didn't help much. Some room fixtures are broken, the washroom door did not close. No elevator, very limited parking. Overall clean and OK for a one night stay. No smoking facility.

BED BUGS

DO NOT STAY HERE. the place was infested with BED BUGS. The hotel is clearly aware of this as there are splatters of blood all over the walls. I was told I’d hear back about a full refund on the day of our stay but almost a week later and haven’t heard a thing! I stayed here with with my family, a 1 year old, we couldn’t contact anyone past 10pm and had to stand up the whole night or get bitten. Disgusting

Cheap and dirty

I wasn’t expecting much but they didn’t even meet them. The towels were small and had holes in them. The bed wasn’t changed (dog hairs in the fitted sheet and stained duvet cover) I also didn’t realize it was communal bathroom. Which would be fine if it was cleaned and stocked properly. My friend and I received one hand towel and the paper towel dispenser in the shared bathroom didn’t work. I had asked for 1st floor and 2 twin beds but at check in it was 5th floor (no elevator) and 1 full bed. So nothing what I was expecting at all.

Wir hatten ein sehr Preiswertes Zimmer, aber auch da kann man verlangen das das Bettlagen, die Bett und Kopfkissen Bezüge ohne Flecken und Verschmutzungen sind. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht Sauber . Unter den Betten lagen verstaubte Plastickflaschen und viel Staub. Die Toilette und die Dusche war Sauber. Schreckliches Hotel NICHT BUCHEN! Heizung ging nicht, dh. Es hatte 8 Grad im Zimmer weil davor das Fenster aufstand. Es stinkt nach Rauch, Möbel komplett heruntergekommen, kaputt. Überall dreckige Ecken, Bettlaken hatte Öl Flecken (oder sonstige Flecken, was auch immer das war) Handtücher zerrissen, und die Türen dichten überhaupt nicht, sodass man immer wieder aufgewacht ist, wenn andere Gäste heimkamen. Konnte in dieser Nacht kaum schlafen.
Bei Ankunft Flecken auf dem Leintuch, ekelhaft.
In diesem Zustand mit den Flecken habe ich das Bett vorgefunden…
