It is right that we had a power off due to construction works whilst your stay. The time period from 0.30 to 4.30 was the planned maximum for the power off; actual the power was off only for one hour between 0.30 and 1.30. As you checked in at 15.00 and checked out at 11.00 the next day there could have been a time period for you to charge your phones in the room. Independent from the power off the A/C wasn’t turned on anyway at an outside temperature of 10C due to environmental reasons.
