"This is 6th visit here.
I like this hotel as it's very clean and comfortable.
But,this time I was disappointed.
The sink and bath were clogged, so, I left message, but, there was no response at all.
So, it was really inconvenient.
Also, when I checked out, the invoice was wrong, but, there was no apology and I needed to wait for around 30 minutes.
I hope it will be improved next time. "
