"Really enjoyed my overnight stay at this location. After a 2 week vacation my flight to the US departed from Tokyo and had no plans to travel far from the airport. I did book a massage in the Elle Spa which was terrific. With little energy I walked through the food court and managed to get a salad, something simple for the night. Found room to be comfortable. In the morning I hopped on the train which is easily accessible from the terminal for some last minutes shopping and got back before check out. I even managed to buy a few items from the shops adjacent to the hotel entry so that I could pack them in my suitcase.
I did ask for a 30 minute extension on checkout time and there was a fee so I declined. Overall it was convenient, comfortable and let me call out the staff at check in and spa booking desk to be very helpful and friendly. At this hotel you check in via a kiosk. Very efficient. Staff is there to assist."
