Stay Away
This was a waste of time. Got there and no one around to get a room from so I had to go find another room at 10 pm. The place looked closed. A number to text but I have not heard back from them yet.

Clean tidy property , located very centrally in summerside. I didn’t like the lack of vegetarian options in breakfast. Suggest the hotel to add more meatless options. Thanks

Washroom had black mould around the tub. One piece of soap for 3 people. Ceiling tile had mould. T.V. didn`t work. Internet was terrible. No coffee supplied. Didn`t stay for the 2nd night because of the terrible conditions.

We found cochroaches in one of our rooms, and in thw bed too. Sheets had not been changed. We left and went to a different hotel.

Nothing…the tub was filthy, i cleaned built up soap from around the taps…the floor had not be swept. The internet wouldn’t; connect and the staff were not helpful. The walls and doors needed paint

Mixed feeling
I booked 2 Queen size bedroom while I was given 2 Double bedroom when check in. They were not able to exchange room for me as the motel was fully booked. After negotiating, I was offered a full refund or 10% discount. I have no choice but took the discount as I have no way of finding another motels around the area. Fortunately after a few hours, the staff there named Keegan finally found me the right size room and the problem solved while I still kept the 10% offer. All in all, I have mixed feeling with this stay...... The motel is somewhat ill-organized and made me upset in the beginning but Keegan has been very helpful and trying his best to turn things around. From 1 to 5, I would rate Keegan 5 while rate to the motel 2.

We were forced to pay full reservation up front. Before we saw the room. Support staff were not interested in helping us. Condition of the room was not satisfactory, was comfortable had multiple insects. This place asks has a ‘ no refund ‘ policy. I presume be cause too many guests request a refund. Very disappointing that Expedia would list a place like this. We booked 5 days via the Expedia on line tool. Could only stomach two days at this motel. Motel has not reponede to phone calls or written requests since we were there. Worst ever motel experience.

It was so run down and outdated. We didn’t stay there and left feeling appalled that property like this are allowed to operate. Serious upgrades are definitely needed.

If you were staying one night just passing through this would be ok however we stayed 5 nights and it was disgusting. If you can book anywhere else do it! The room was dirty and very smelly. Had obviously been smoked in. The bathroom had cobwebs and spiders and the tub was dirty. The beds were awful. Not only were the mattresses very old and dirty there were springs poking up. They were also uncomfortably hard. Housekeeping did not come around once during our stay and they consist of two gentleman pushing a shopping cart. I'm guessing by what I saw there are more than a few health code violations happening there. They also cancelled many people's reservations same day. The explanations were that one room was "trashed" and the others had a pipe burst and they had no idea when it would get fixed. (There was zero vacancy in town elsewhere). The clientele of people wandering around the motel, and some staying there, were very unsavory. Our door look like it had been kicked in in the past and don't bother trying to book the cottages they are uninhabitable, old and rundown with doors falling off. The only positive about this place is that the staff was friendly especially the young gentleman who worked at night.

The staff that was on duty was excellent, but the property was run down, there was blood stains on the inside of the bathroom door, also what looked like a punched in spot on the bathroom door. No coffee to use in the coffee maker, no mugs or cups provided until I asked. Shower was difficult to get water the right temperature. TV didn’t work properly, but staff came and got that working on second night. WiFi never did work. Beds were old spring mattress, very uncomfortable. AC was intermittent. Overall, it was better than sleeping in the car, but barely.

Les chambres sont sombres et le décor n’est pas au goût du jour. Il n’y avait pas d’eau froide dans la salle de bain la 1e nuit. Présence de mouches. La literie est mince et les serviettes sont brunes. Le Wifi n’a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjours (2 nuits). En somme, je ne recommande pas ce motel.

First there was something in toilet whenbwe got there which i had to flush. Ac sounded like an aircraft taking off all night on and off. Then there was a gap between door and floor about 1&1/2 in which I put a toilet and chair to keep bugs out. Bug splattered on wall, how long has that been there?. Then there was mold in bathroom and almost tripped on way out of bathroom as floor is uneven. I asked for room change but was told all booked up. No coffee pot. I have taken pictures. Not impressed. NOT RECOMMENDING this motel 2 thumbs down. Better room in New Brunswick less money. For the price i would have been embarrassed to rent

There is mold in the washroom. The towels were not replaced over the 3 day stay. Although we didn't know there would be a kitchenette, it was old and grungy. The paint on the walls was chipping and there was no coffee maker.

It was very dirty, three mattresses piled up on the floor. Noisy, could smell dope coming from the people across from us, so bad that we decided to leave after one night as we have a child. Went to speak to the front desk and their was a man laying on a mattress in clear view in the check in room, the women came around the corner with lipstick all over her chin. Absolutely awful place, would not recommend this place to anyone. Such a waste of money and completely ruined our vacation.

We stayed 1 night and that was enough. It’s very dated and needs a bunch of TLC. Wifi didn’t work well, and the tv wouldn’t work. Beds were comfortable enough but nothing amazing. Affordable and functional. Beautiful area to explore though.

Expedia should not be listing properties like this. We had the worst night. The bathroom was rotting and there was a horrible strong smoke smell in the entire room. Our daughter slept in the car because the smell and state of the room was so disgusting. Even though we'd booked and paid for 2 nights, we left after one wretched night there. This place has potential, but it needs an extensive renovation and the management needs to learn how to properly run a hotel. Love PEI, but this experience almost ruined our time there.
