"Onsite dining for all meals was a plus. Pool area was difficult to get limited seating that didn’t require a paid reservation. Very cute ambience. Some issues with the rooms. Left over contacts from previous guest on headboard. One cockroach in the room. Shower ran out of hot water by 3rd shower in a row. Tub didn’t drain well. Otherwise staff was very nice."

"Not exactly the arrival experience we expected. We were charged an additional $19 amenity fee at check in that had already been paid through the app and had to go back and forth before it was finally refunded. The first room smelled so bad we couldn’t even stay in it. Staff did switch us quickly, which we appreciated, but the second room still didn’t feel very clean. The bedding and pillows were pretty subpar, and the sheets were rough and itchy enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of comfort or cleanliness we were hoping for."

"Perfect spot downtown. Located by everything. Restaurants, bars, shops, the water, walkable area that is clean and beautiful. Room was awesome, dog friendly which is super important to us. Valet service was great and the staff were friendly for that. Nice sized bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Awesome hotel that is in a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will go back to this hotel."
