Lovely Stay

The stay was amazing, friendly staff and in a great location. Pool was clean, and variety of food. The only let down is the drinks for all inclusive, they could be more of a variety or alternative ones on days as it becomes repetitive especially if staying for a long time.

The property is perfectly located in a quiet street, with direct access to the beach. The 2 pools at the hotel, the entertaining shows, the cocktails, everything is just as it needs to be.

Have mine first all inclusive stay at Sunny beach. Like a lot adult only option, as well all food service. Could recommend property starts think over include some free parking option, upgrade package including top shelf alcohol and also option for lounge chairs on the beach and umbrella

Minimalistic hotel

Good stay but a little too minimalistic for my taste. No carpets in the hallways or in the rooms. Minimal facilities in the bathrooms as well. Service was good, food 8/10.

No relaxation techno party

The Cook’s Club hotel facility is overcrowded, with a continuous techno beat. Hotel felt like an American spring break beach party. If that is what you are looking for, it is perfect. We left a day early to go to a different hotel in Burgas to escape the noise.

Corridors were dark. Lighting was terrible, walls painted black. Do not disturb sign kept being stolen by delinquent hotel guests who seriously need to grow up. No internal look on room door. The lock to the bathroom door was installed backwards ie you could get locked inside. The lock to the balcony door was just a chain so keep those vauluables in the safe as no real safety here.

Dejligt hotel men IKKE cooks club længere

Dejligt hotel i “cooks club stil” hotellet drives ikke længere af kæden men der er som alle andre hoteller nydeligt indrettet i beige farver med en masse microcement. Der er mange “halve løsninger” og maden er IKKE som den oprindelige kæde men almindeligt buffet svarende til 3/4 stjernet hotel. Rigtigt god stemning på hotellet med aktivitet og dj. Alt larm slutter kl 23 så det er ikke er problem med fest langt ud på natten. Der er nem adgang til stranden og det er muligt at gå indtil centrum, tage det lille blå tog eller en af hotellets taxaer

Fin hotell med store uteområder. Aldri problem med plass rundt bassenget. Ikke 5 stjerner service men mer enn godt nok. God innholdsrik buffet.

Preiswertes all inclusive Hotel

Schönes Hotel relativ gut renoviert . Riesengrosses 2 Bett Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Mittagessen+Abendessen waren eintönig+lieblos gekocht+Zimmerservice+Reinigung war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Bei 10 Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer+die Betten 2 mal gemacht!!!!

'All inclusive 4 stars' - well as a Nordic been used to other standards. This was rated as 4 stars, should have been 3. Food was mediocre, the balcony was of the times of Soviet Union (all common, no intimidacy) We stayed for 3 nights and specifically asked for room cleaning at the reception, but nobody ever arrived... Deception, indeed, although we love Bulgaria!

Superb Hotel

First impression was a clean and spacious reception. The staff were helpful, polite and their English was good at reception. We were shown to our room which was clean and bright with twin beds (we were told we could push them together). Pleased to see a working aircon! Extra pillows and if needed duvets were in the wardrobe. Only small annoyance was the shower that changed temp when felt like it but no reason to complain. Facilities were fine, swimming pools were a welcome relief from the heat, plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and entertainment. Food was good with varying variety, always plenty of fruit (not always ripe though). I thought it was great that ice cream was available all day!!! Staff I spoke to were polite and mostly smiling. Overall it was a great hotel and location.
