"Yes, the ocean was visible. The property was decent, the room. It was dusty. And was not cleaned properly. The patio was full of leaves, dusty chairs and spider wabs scared to sit down. I called a head to ensure that parking was available and what is the procedures. I was informed that they have a few more spots. I was never told that there was a fee for parking. As well until I arrived on the property, i asked a staff member who was on-site. How come I was not informed about the fee? When I had just called an hour ago, and ask about parking spot? Immediately got offended as if this is a ongoing problem. I inform a staff that customer should be informed about parking. So they will have a chance to plan ahead. Especially if they call 1 hour before to ensure everything is in order. She informed me that it was on the website. I asked her if it's on the website, then staff should be fully knowledgeable. And should inform their guest especially when inquiring about parking again, the attitude and horrible customer service. I would not recommend my co-workers friends, our family. They have too many options in this area to settle For unhappy employees. to deal with ignorance? horrible customer service "
