Outdated hotel. During our stay there were a lot of Thai tourist in the hotel. Our son had an amazing time with the other children in the pool. The room itself was oke, bedding was oke and breakfast was oke. It was value for money.

Not bad for a one or two day visit I won’t be coming back to Surat Thani as there is not much to do there The rooms had no safe to keep your valuables in which I was not impressed about

The pool is incredible! Our room was big and spacious with the great view of the beautiful pool. Breakfast each morning and the lotus mall is across the street!

It's quite an old building that would need some good maintenance but overall has a good atmosphere and the terrace/pool garden is a fantastic spot to relax.

Serene, clean, staffs when we arrived at night was snobbish, didn't even help us with our luggages. Didn't even greeted us. The lady staff in the morning was better. Buffet breakfast was blah for 2 days, but on the 3rd morning we were offered continental which is better. The servers were polite. They should man the info desk instead of the snob guy. The pool is ok but lots of leaves from the trees. Looks great on pictures though hahaha. Overall is ok. They have restaurant that serves seafood and Thai food right Infront of the hotel. They have big parking space too though we didn't drive to get there, taxi terminal was on the further left opposite side. Their Rice farm is ok, we had good pictures there too luckily as they harvested the rice the following day. For just simple getaway, the place is good.

Beautiful pool and garden, friendly staff
We were one of only a few guests there due to the Covid thing as such I guess there was less staff so some things could have been maintained better, the pool had quite a few leaves and the spa was empty, no pool service or towels etc. We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and clean and we had the pool view which is stunning, the pool is literally the centrepiece of the hotel. We’d definitely stay again as it’s one of the best in the area we have been to.

Hotel staff are not so friendly and sometimes they talk someone who is not hotel staff. A room is not so bad, but there are no amenities even if teeth brush or razor. The price is cheap, so the breakfast is so-so.

Overall stay was good. I received a massage at the spa which I would NOT recommend. The therapist was using too much pressure and I told her about 5 times that she was hurting me. I think she thought it was funny that the poor American couldn't handle the strong Thai massage. Her and the other therapist kept talking and laughing.

We met some wonderful folks at our stay at 100 island resort so with that they showed us a little bit if the area, which was nice.

Surat Thani is not for tourists. This hotel, although physically lovely, has no amenities. The "restaurant" was only open for a skimpy breakfast buffet of mostly cold rice/curry. Not sure if because of recent flooding but the place was deserted and no one around to help. No food except for in a mall but you have to cross a busy 6 lane roadway. Although the "spa" menu offers several options, upon arrival I was only offered basic thai massage. No other spa services.

Du får vad du betalar för. Stora rum som tyvärr luktar fukt då a/c stängs av så fort du tar ur rumsnyckeln ur strömbrytaren. Lite småkryp både på rummet och i din frukost som inte var att rekommendera om du är västerlänning. Ser fint ut på utsidan och insidan. Men prisvärt!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, Troppo lontano dal centro, taxisti che non conoscono l' inglese ( come nessuno qua). troppo rumoroso fino a tarda notte, colazione locale , praticamente niente di dolce. Era consigliato dalla guida ma per passare una notte prima di prendere il traghetto per le isole è veramente fuori mano!

Fint hotel, lidt slidt. Værelset var stort og rent med en god bruser. Den inkluderede morgenmad var meget lokal. Kunne have været bedre.

Average hotel
I stayed in tha hotel at night as I had my Ferry to koh samui. If you need to stay one night in Surat Thani go for this hotel. There are good restaurants near the hotel and the ferry service offices like zetran , lampriyah very close . So this could be your best option on the way to koh samui one night stand .
