Relatively a 3 star hotel at Osaka Station. Location wise good for travelling as it is in central station area. Diamaru / Hankyu bid department stores nearby. However one thing I am not so pleased with is hotel Engineering Department is closed during night time as I have a choked in bathtub and no one can come and have to change my room. Breakfast a bit tired if you are staying for more than 5 days because there is no change in menu for the breakfast buffet each day.

The room on the 27th floor was one of the best I’ve had. The hotel is in a great location and the amenities were superb. The location in the train station was amazing, with endless food choices, and anything you might need. And of course, the Japanese people we interacted with were amazing. This includes all of the hotel, staff, store personnel and just people we met on the street. Loved the experience…
