I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead "

"This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos. A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson. "

All amenities were accessible and accommodating. It was also nice to find transportation with ease. I loved the perk of the club lounge on the sixth floor with my upgrade! "The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding.
