"Clean room, spacious, big bathroom, a bit outdated, and definitely the the two things I hated the most was the old towels and the old bed sheets besides that the staff was great and the food at the bistro was very good too. Felix at the front desk was great."

"Grounds are beautiful. “Deluxe” rooms are outdated. Bathrooms system is very poor. Bathrooms plumbing is awful. Toilets Clogging and over flowing . Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. No furniture in the rooms and minimum outside terrace. Restaurant staff works diligently to try to keep up as they are constantly short handed. Bar and restaurant waiting was excessive. This is not a Four Star Facility. Disappointing"

"Fin de semana con mi pareja. Este sitio es increíble. Mi novia lo consiguió a través de Expedia y yo no sabía con que me iba a encontrar. Desde que entramos todo fue muy fácil. La habitación muy grande con una limpieza impecable. El baño cómodo y con todo lo necesario. El carro lo puedes parquear frente a la habitación. Una mención de 5 estrellas para Antonio y su staff. La amabilidad y atención de estas personas, desde que uno llega, son difíciles de superar. Bravo Antonio. Mucho éxito, Puerto Rico necesita mucha gente atenta, amable y trabajadora como ustedes 👏👏. "This hotel was recently remodeled and it is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There is a Denny’s inside the hotel so you have a 24/7 restaurant open. The rooms for disabled are equipped with everything needed. So come and visit this hotel and enjoy all the amenities, beaches and excellent restaurants around."
