I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff members were friendly and helpful, the decor and atmosphere were unique and relaxing, and it offered an excellent location near two of the main subway lines. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Kyoto again!

Location was good and the shuttle bus was a surprise. I only wish I reserved the Sunday bus earlier. Staff were friendly and helpful.
