“The property and staff were excellent”

“Its a family-run place and unfortunately disappointing. We called to say we would be checking in late and they confirmed it was ok but the rooms were not ready when we got there and there was no one at check-in desk. We had two rooms and one room had no blankets. A lot of the interior was unkept and there were a number of patches on the walls and a spider crawling around. Our shower was patched up ugly and it was still leaking. I have paid less travelling through this area and had better...
