“Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely...

“Stayed in the Balmoral suite which was a lovely spacious room, but a little dated and I would suggest may be changing the nylon curtains to freshen up the room. Your staff are excellent very accommodating in all aspects from bar service to reception to the maids. One main thing that I did notice is the car park is full of pot holes this needs to be looked at and fixed for sure.”
