"My family and I made the right decision staying at this hotel! We were extremely impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was. It is a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but we didn’t mind not being in the middle of the action since we have a baby. Also, it’s worth mentioning, that the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Very much worth whatever price they’re charging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10."

"Great stay at Lotte City Myeongdong - and would stay here again or recommend to friends visiting Seoul for the first time. Just located slightly away for the busiest parts of Myeongdong so perfect to come back to and walk about from. Check-in was easy and the staff allowed us to check in 3 hours early which was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with the expected amenities. Only thing missing was an iron but there is an ironing room on the 3rd floor. Bathroom is a good size with a modern Japanese-style toilet. A perfect stay all around!"

"That was my another Toyoko stay. Compare to others that was not the best. Breakfast was OK but the room was not clean, hair was everywhere. Bed was comfortable, bigger then other hotels offered."
