Okayy, could be better

The lady at the front desk was helpful. She used a translator app to understand me instead of mailing the situation stressful. The room was size was good…. The bed was very hard though and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was hair and dirt particles on the toilet. Also, the room I had, had a stain on the bed.!

최악이네요!

진짜 최악이었습니다 이름만 럭셔리지 화장실에 담배재가털어있질않나ㅡㅡ 너무화나서 건의하려고했으나 너무늦은시간이라 참았습니다 요즘왠만한 모텔도 카드키던데 여긴아직 열쇠더라구요 침대도 딱딱했고 여기갈바엔 그냥 모텔잡으세요~~

오래되었지만 고풍스러운 호텔

오래된호텔이여서그런지 정말 시설들이 오래되었고 그래도 첫인상은 시설이 고풍스러워서 괜찮았지만 냉장고를 열었더니 유통기한이 5일지난 먹던 치킨이 나와서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 다행히 프런트에 전화하니 방을 바꿔주셨지만 그래도 청결은 좀 그런것 같네요ㅎㅎ그래도 이불은 부드럽고 좋았습니다.

장점 : 가격대비 방이 크다. (화장실, 욕실, 세면대가 각각 분리되어있고 내부에 작은 쇼파가 있음) 전반적으로 깔끔한 실내 야시장에 걸어서 갈 정도로 가까운 위치 단점 : 노후된 시설 (ex.욕조) 성인2명이 갔는데 칫솔 제외한 일회용품은 1명분을 줌 조식포함이라고 되어서 예약한건데 정작 주말엔 조식이 안됨 예약시 포함되어있었다 라고 말하니 직원분이 "불편하시면 취소해드릴까요"라고 정중히 물어보심. (비꼬는건 아니고 정말 정중하게 물어보셨습니다. 그때 저녁 5~6시였는데... 다른데를 구하라는 말씀말고 다르게 대처해주셨으면 기분이 나쁘지 않았을것 같습니다) 정리하자면 가격대비는 괜찮습니다. 이용하면서 제일 빈정상했던게 조식문제였는데 호텔스닷컴 고객센터 통해서 부분환불도 받았습니다. (제 생각엔 최근에 변경되었거나 싸이트 등록시 실수가 있었던거 같네요) 업무상 갈 일이 있거나 야시장쪽으로 오산여행을 하시는 분들이라면 이용할만 한 것 같습니다

The worst stay in Korea

I chose to stay this place because I thought there would be a massage chair in the room and they’d provide free laundry as they advertised but neither were provided to me. I paid USD 69 for a room that looked nothing like posted pictures. I can only assume some rooms were remodeled but not all. The room pictures on Hotels.com are not representative of their actual rooms. My room has not been updated in 20 plus years, ex. it has a built-in VHS player. The bed is very firm and uncomfortable for non-Koreans. I requested for a non-smoking room online and during check-in but the room was saturated with cigarette smell. The hotel advertises “free laundry” but what they don’t tell you is that it’s only if you must stay 2 days or more (the front desk clerk called it “common sense”) to receive this service and each day there is a limit on the number of cloth articles. I have stayed in many places in Korea and I can honestly say this is one of the worst for the amount they charge, service and room condition. I’d NOT recommend this place to anyone except your mother-in-law. I hesitate to book more rooms through online platforms because 1) they are facilitating this place to falsely advertise and 2) I had no way to cancel my reservation and get my money back even though the hotel failed to provide a proper accommodation.

anti-럭셔리 고전식 호텔

내가아는 럭셔리와는 정말 다른뜻의 이름을 가진 호텔. 리모콘에 피같은 엑체가 뭍음. 이렇게 시끄러움 에어컨은 처음봄. 90년대 식 에어컨이 자다 고장나는 밤에 덥게 잤음. 정수기는 켜지지도 않고, 폼으로 논듯... 다음 아침 front desk 에 complain 을 했지만 직원은 '죄송합니다' 한마디로 partial refund 는 언급도 하지않고 고치겠다는 말도 없음. 비싸게 샀지만 반값 모텔보다 않좋은 서비스/룸...절대 가지 마세요...

酒店付近有很多食飯和行街的地方.

一間不錯的酒店. 機場到酒店有機場巴士到烏山,下車後步行 5-8 分鐘便可到達酒店,很容易找到的. 酒店付近有好多食野的地方和商店,選擇有好多. 酒店付近都有 "樂天商場" 買東西都好方法.
