"Everything was amazing! The room was icy cold. The only thing I would say is that you can’t access your bed from 8:30-6pm. We got an extra normal room so we can Lounge around in. You have a back area with shower and bathroom and two chairs to sit in from 8:30-6 but it was nice to have somewhere you can sleep in in. But overall amazing once in a life time experience "

"Absolute wonderful experience. The location is great, the rooms are well appointed and cozy. Breakfast was nice and I loved the trails right by the hotel. I visited the spa and it was amazing and definitely worth the booking. If I return to Kiruna this will be my go to hotel. "

"The place is located near the highway, which is great, especially when traveling long distances by car, so that you can rest well overnight. The room was silent and the surroundings between the nature are calm and peaceful. Just take into account that there might not be food service so you have to manage it, from at least a few kilometers away, also the room didn't offer shampoo or hair conditioner in case of taking a shower. Other than that, the room was basic but clean and comfortable."

"I stayed in a glass igloo and it was amazing. The serene surroundings made for a peaceful stay. A moose passed by my igloo several times during my stay and I was able to get some decent photos of the aurora borealis. In the winter you can take a short walk across the river and see the sites of Jakkasjärvi, which includes the world famous Ice Hotel. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. The igloo, lounge, and shared bathrooms were immaculate. The provided breakfast was minimal but sufficient. I would highly recommend staying here."
