This resort is really a special place. I stayed here 3 different times over the past 15 or so years and it never disappoints. The views of the sea are breathtaking from the plaza and infinity pool. The resort grounds and overall property are beautiful, and the Dead Sea itself was an incredible experience, but unfortunately the stay did not fully live up to the price point. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, and the food quality at several of the on-site restaurants was disappointing considering the cost. The biggest issue was the beach access area for entering the Dead Sea. The area felt poorly maintained with broken and dirty lounge furniture, and getting in and out of the water was more difficult than expected because of the condition of the beach setup. Overall, the location and scenery are stunning, but the resort experience itself fell short in several areas that should be expected from a property at this level.

This a great hotel. The room was nice most of the staff were very good. The restaurant option and food were also very good. The pool areas are amazing. A great place to relax and hang out. One of the best l have run across. The in- hotel Avis desk was able to provide transport to Petra and Wadi Rum as well as local options in Amman and to/from Airport.

We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back.

My stay at the Dead Sea Marriott was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more superior room. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the sea views across the property were absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the pools were clean and inviting throughout our stay. We dined at both Oak and Champions, and the food was outstanding. A very special thanks to Joseph,Samuel, Qynty and Habib, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after and enjoyed the evenings out in the warmly setup patio areas. Dining experience was fantastic especially with the services of Zharla and Ann, and the egg station gentleman. A truly wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

We were on a trip for my husbands birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it as special as possible with assigning us a lovely room (and allowing us to check in 4 hours early) to providing him with a cake and even singing! The room was large with a great view, very clean. The breakfast buffet was huge with a good variety of options and the grounds/pool are immaculate with plenty of area's to choose from depending on whether you want quiet or a little more life. The access to the Dead Sea was good and the 'lift' was much appreciated. I absolutely cannot fault the hotel and cannot wait to return asap
