My room wasn’t cleaned or towels replenished after the first night. I stay at this hotel frequently and the service is usually great but this time I couldn’t get the type of room I wanted and the service wasn’t as good

Clerknot very friendly, would not allow early check or try to speed up cleaning of rooms to allow earlier check in. After her shift was over the new guy said a room was available and let us check in early.

Nice stay while travelling through. Reasonable price including a well stocked breakfast area that was bright and clean.

Beds were clean and comfortable with 4 different pillows to try and meet all needs. Carpet is carpet. Should not be in a hotel room. Food was good. Better than all the places I have stayed in this price point. Pool, hot tub plus another tub by the weight room.and saunna. All were good. I booked through expedia and the check in was seamless and quick. Exterior doors need maintenence to insure that they close properly to maintain security. All in all a good stay.

Except for traffic noise fro Trans Canada it was great. I put in ear plugs and slept well on a comfy bed

Toilet chain broke first night-toilet wouldn’t flush Water is not complimentary Mould on window frame Could not work heat, wall instrument panel not functioning Offered another room Second room situated in hallway directly above pool area. Strong chlorine plus high humidity Third room ok. Carpet is dated and no elevator for second floor (think seniors and luggage) Eggs and sausages at breakfast super yummy

Nice property located right next to the main highway & overpass. Traffic noise is constant and outside viewing from rooms is obstructed by this roadway. Otherwise rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Difficulty accessing this hotel when approaching from Hwy #1East.

Everything you need: bathtub (not just a shower), fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Easily adjustable temperature control and comfy beds. Easy access in and out of the rooms too and excellent breakfast included. Friendly staff.

The property is aged but well kept. The only thing that I had an issue with is the bed. The queen mattress is past its due date, it is soft and lumpy.

Really uncomfortable bed. Loud if you’re facing the highway. Pool was fun for the kids. Great breakfast. We had omelettes, bacon, hash browns. Lots of other little things to choose from as well.
