Receptionist at the front desk were terrible. Extremely rude. The customer service experience in Korea always the best but not this one. Room is clean but the bed is moving. Not sure why the bed is not secured in a place. They didn't say about the construction. Loud noise all nights. Will not be going back to this place.

Very nice hotel. Housekeeping personnel are very responsive and helpful. Laundry service was very good. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is not worth the price.

Hotel service was great and the amenities were great too. This was the first hotel in the area with free cans of beer, pops, water and chips. One downside of the hotel was that it was not very soundproof, that I could hear my neighboring rooms' guests taking showers, flushing, talking on the phone and slamming their doors quite well, which I didn't expect from 4-star hotels.

Property is smoke-free, but the elevator, hallway smells like someone just smoked indoor. There is no AC in the room, even though it was November it was really hot.

Besides the fact that it’s extremely old, besides the fact that it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, besides the fact that the staff was totally ignoring the customers, the most shocking part was getting the gym access refused due to my shoes. Basically my gym shoes were “too dirty” to get inside. ABSURD! 20 years travelling the world in any kind of hotel and never heard something like that! Shoes that were always been used indoor, so no mud or else. I called the hotel manager and he arrived with other 2 people, didn’t say anything. Just watching in silence. I was complaining a lot and no reply from him, no apologies no anything! They simply didn’t care. This hotel is absolutely obscene and they offer a hostel service. I’ll never return there even if they give me the room for free. It’s a joke, run by clowns.

内装は古さを感じましたが、エントランスはクリスマスツリーなどが飾られていて綺麗だし、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 部屋が広い事とバスタブがある点でストレスではなく、空調も問題ありませんでした。 お水も無料でルームサービスもありました。 加湿器があれば良かったとは思います。 値段と考えればとてもお得でよかったです。
