"We stayed here due to its location, access to an early airport shuttle and affordability. What we did not expect was how clean and comfortable everything was and how efficient getting to and from the hotel to the airport, train stations and tourist center was. We wished we could had stayed longer. This place is a hidden gem."

"Only two small complaints. The bartender was not the friendliest person. He just did his job and that was all I can say. Also I don't understand why showers in Switzerland have no door. I am 6' 3" and 210 pounds. There is no way to keep water in the shower without a door to close. I guess that's not a hit against the Radisson as much as it is just Switzerland in general. Otherwise our stay was great."

"The staff was great, there was plenty of room in the Junior Suite, the location can’t be beat and we had all the towels and coffee pods we needed. Our only complaint was that the shower had very poor water pressure and sometimes the unit was hot requiring we open the windows and then it was a bit noisy."
