"The staff and location were both great and we'd consider staying at this hotel again. I found the bed comfortable, the room spacious, and the hotel history interesting. For consideration, there are two elevators, but one seemed to not function well while we were there. On our check-out day, neither seemed to be functioning so we carried our bags down the stairs. You may want to request a lower floor, if that could be an issue for you. We also found the room warm. There was a fan, but we couldn't get it to work. Our solution was to open the windows when we'd get back to the hotel, cool the room down, and then close them before going to sleep as it was quite loud with the windows open. No issues with noise after closing them though."

"This is a very new hotel in the conference center adjoining Zurich airport. It has a large lobby with spaces to relax as well as a restaurant (which we did not eat at). It was quiet and, most importantly, very convenient to the airport for our 1-night stay. The shopping area in the train station at the airport (also super-convenient) was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby."

"This was one of the highlights of our 3+ week stay in Europe. Hotel was very clean, we had a comfortable room with a great bathroom and shower. Staff was efficient and very helpful. We took breakfast one day, a bit pricey, but good. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was facing an industrial building, the decor is quite grey and subdued so while the room was comfortable it didn’t feel like a place you want to spend too much time. The location is the best part of you’re traveling in and out of the Zürich airport with trains, shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance"
