The place is basic but clean and sufficient for a comfortable for the stay. We had a massage chair in our bedroom which worked as a miracle on our muscles after tiring hikes! We also had a personal electric heater in our bedroom. The staff were very helpful and let us leave luggage in their store room on the arrival and departure days. Our stay was pleasant and very cost-effective.

Booked in double bed with private bath. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed sheets were washed and cleaned. Loved the massage chair in room. Wash basin was installed in the room next to the bed instead of in the bathroom. It was inconvenient and didn’t like the setup.

Okay for one a night crash

This hotel is one step up from a back packers hostel or caravan park. That said, it was clean and quiet. The tiny room also featured a huge massage chair that probably should have been in the common room. The shared toilets and shower feature was a disappointing surprise, although the shower was a huge capsule that was beamed down from the star ship enterprise. No hand washing facilities after using the toilet, however there was a sink in the room. Wong be returning to this hotel again.

The room and the bathroom are quite small, but expected given the price. Surprisingly, there are a massage chair, a hair dryer and two sets of tooth brushes and tooth pastes, better than some other budget hotels. Very convenient location to go to Echo Point.

Great accomodation when you’re looking just for an overnight we The rooms have these amazing massage chairs — so good We had a shared bathroom but it right outside our door , so it was perfect As we checked in late , The staff had sent a very clear message about checkin and keys Thank you

Room was tiny, freezing cold, with only a small column heater. TV didn’t receive free to air channels. Reception was helpful, and it was in a convenient location. Felt like a 2 star hotel in Cambodia.

We had a basic twin room. No frills, but it did come with a massage chair which was great after doing a long walk. Our stay was cheap and cheerful. The staff were very welcoming. It was. We clean. Would stay again.

The building has character. The interior is very clean. The room had a massage chair. Very comfortable with a doona, pillow and towels. Hand sink in room. Lots of light. Kettle. And a vertical fan/heater. The location is convenient and quiet and nestled on a back street.

This is a retreat hotel for treating people with cancer. I didn’t know that until after I arrived. I didn’t see anyone who was unwell. We I researched the property I realised it’s history. I thought wow, a massage chair in my room, cool European shower with jets etc, a gym and a chapel where I could light incense and candles. Filtered water is available, a fireplace in the eating area and very clean bedding. Whilst the room was small with no wardrobe, I only had an overnight bag and could cope. With a kettle, and a large basin in the room I could make endless cups of tea. It was secure with a lockable front door and coded room key. Cameras were in the corridors. The only draw back is no lift to get up the stairs. It’s on a quiet back street and 10 minutes walk from Woolworths. The staff were helpful and when I arrived the fan heater was on and my room was warm. And, you get to check out at 11am. Ticks so many boxes.

The room had cleaned bed linen. in a queen bedder. And its own small bathroom. Small table, 2 chairs, 1kettle, 2 heathers. Being a heritage property there is a small sink in the bedroom. Not in the bathroom. They left some cofee, tea, sugar. and toothbrush kit in case we forgot ours. There is no wardrobe or iron available. They have hanging space. There was a hairdryer but you'll need an adaptor to use it. We slept comfortably. It is a heritage building. So it could be a bit noisy. The only 1 staff member we saw was courteous and helpful. I see so much potential for a property like this. For that to happen it is necessary more staff, repairers, gardeners, remove or hide all old stuff including furniture and Cover the laundry area. Maybe more minimalistic look and possibly have some feature walls instead of just white. Location is great and everything is close by, low price accomodation if you are on a tight budget.
