Location was great. Room was spacious. However, quality of service was mixed. Some staff (Matthew and Annie) were very helpful and nice. But one lady at the front desk was not kind, almost annoyed by simple questions and requests. So my arrival experience was not positive. Housekeeping is available only once (deep cleaning) or twice (express cleaning, no change of sheets) a week. They don't provide fresh towels on time. So we had to keep asking for them, and even that request was not met on time.

시드니에서 메리턴은 몇군데 있는 것으로 아는데 이곳 Sussex street 에 위치한 곳이 지은지 얼마되지 않아서 그런지 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다 특히 버스 기차 light rail등 모든 대중교통 접근도 편리하고 여러모로 좋았습니다 직원들도 친절하게 룸서비스도 어매니티도 잘 줘서 지내는 동안 불편함멊이 잘 지냈습니다

방마다 먼지가 많다 인건비가 비싸서인지 이해는 되는데 여튼 물티슈로,,, 9시체크인 12시체크아웃 하게해줘서 편했어요 4명이 쓰기엔 2베드룸 거실이 작아요 약간 외진데 300미터만 걸어가면 편의시설은 해결됩니다

5박했는데 바닥청소 잘 안해줘서 청소기 돌려달라고 따로 불렀어요 소모품 다써도 리필 알아서 안해줘서 달라고 해야해서 번거롭고 불편했어요 이불도 정리만 해줘서 먼지가 있는지 아이랑 엄마랑 재채기가 나왔어요 달링하버는 가까워 페리타기는 좋았고 상대적으로 쇼핑몰이나 울스워스는 걸어올라가야해서 조금 번거롭고 힘들었어요

새거라 깨끗한 곳
시설은 새거라 깨끗하고 아주 좋았습니다. 침대도 푹신하구요. 다만 7박했는데 청소를 제대로 해주지않는듯 해서 아쉽더라구요. 그래도 다시 간다면 또 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

퀸빅토리아 빌딩과 가까워서 위치도 괜찮고(울워스 케미스트 다 근처에 있습니다) 무엇보다 깔끔한 게 가장 좋았습니다. 주방에는 인덕션이 아닌 가스불이 있어서 음식 해먹기도 좋아요. 세탁기랑 건조기도 있습니다

시드니 가족여행 숙소로 딱이에요
가족여행 오신다면 메리톤 추천합니다. 도보 5분 정도 거리에 메리톤 월드 타워, 켄트, 피트, 서식스가 다 모여 있어요. 위치는 월드, 켄트, 피트가 조금 더 편하게 이동하기 좋은 것 같았지만 서식스가 새 건물이라서 선택했어요. '숙소 바로 앞에 마트나 한식당이 있었으면 좋겠다' 라고 생각하시면 월드/켄트/피트가 좋고, 5-10분 정도 걸어도 깔끔한 시설을 원하신다면 서식스 추천합니다. 달링하버, 퀸빅토리아빌딩, 타운홀, 울월스까지 5분 내외로 걸어갈 수있어요. 오븐, 전자레인지, 가위, 집게, 후라이팬, 냄비, 그릇, 와인잔 등이 모두 다 구비되어 있어 저녁으로 고기와 와인 자주 먹었습니다. 그리고 식기세척기, 세탁기, 건조기도 있어서 진짜 편했어요. 아침 비행기로 오신다면 체크인 전에 수영장, 사우나, 헬스장, 샤워실(수건, 세면도구, 드라이기 X)도 이용하실 수 있습니다. Mary라는 직원이 진짜 친절했고, 매일 전화로 필요한 건 더 없는지 물어봐주셨어요. 가족여행으로 오신다면 메리톤 좋아요!

다른건 다 좋았는데 뷰가 조금 보이는 방이었는데 높은 층이 아니어서 좀 더 좋은 방을 예약한 의미가 없더라구요 뷰가 다른건물에 다 막혔었어요 그리고 4박했는데 3박동안 바디워시가 없어서 원래 없는건가 헸는데 마지막날 보니 룸클린후 놓아져 있더라구요 약간 그런부분이 아쉬웠어요

정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 저는 이러한 형태의 풀서비스 아파트먼트를 선호하는 편입니다. 여행지에서 나오는 신선한 과일과 고기를 직접 해먹을 수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 더군다나 sussex meriton은 19년 9월에 오픈된 신축 호텔 입니다. 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 다시 호주에 가도 꼭 여기에 머물고 싶을 만큼 좋았습니다.

Walking distance to the Darlington harbour. 20 min walk to Quay harbor/Opera House. 5 minute walk to grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. Nice to have a kitchenette and a comfortable space.

Loved the kitchenette and laundry right in the unit. Close to a Woolworth’s grocery store with great take away meals you can bring back to your room. We walked or took a nearby ferry to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Whilst the living area is very spacious the main let down was firstly the lack of amenities and when requesting for basics like slippers and bottled water we had to call house keeping 2-3 times. Then my friend found an empty bottle of wine under her bed. Probably wont be back

The property was very clean, in a good location, the room was large, overall a great property. However, during the day I had my phone snrnwalletnswallet and phone stolen, and when I returned the staff would not let me organise for someone to pay for another night, or even allow me to simply sit on a couch in the lobby. They asked me to leave without anywhere to go, no phone or wallet. I literally slept on the streets in the rain in winter.

Beautiful, spotless and large room (we had the one-bedroom suite) and friendly staff. Location is great for walking proximity to Darling Harbor. Not quite as convenient to public transportation; Town Hall station (closest location for both trains and trams) is about five blocks away, all uphill.

5 stars cost with 2 stars housekeeping service. Room with smell prior changed it. There is no housekeeping service provided during Easter holidays also the housekeeping services is not provided daily. It is ridiculous, I will never go to Meriton Hotel again and inform my friends and relative to blacklist such hotel in my life. I want to have refund my money too. Please investigate it.
