Room was quiet and much cleaner than the room we had on our previous stay 8 months ago. This room also had much better beds, though "too soft" for my husband and son. A lock on the bathroom door would be appreciated. Not happy that a daily parking fee has been introduced since last staying here. ...

Novotel Sydney West HQ Hotel
Thee staff were lovely friendly and professional.the room was beautiful very clean and well stocked We used the free pass for the aquatic centre . Played ten pin bowling and really enjoyed the Rory hill club for beautiful meals The perfect location for seeing our concert at the coliseum

Nice being able to have my dog with me. Busy few days for us in Sydney so didn’t get to use the park ammenities. Only issue was occasional group of loud teenagers wandering round late in the evening.
