We experienced outstanding service from all of the staff, the breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of options and all homemade. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant one evening, which we booked ahead of our trip.

We had a lovely stay at the property - the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the hotel really went out of their way to ensure our stay felt special! It was a great base to explore Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The only downside is you need a car as there’s nothing within walking distance of the hotel.

The moment we checked in we knew we were in good hands, the manager and his wife greeted us with a warm, professional and friendly welcome . The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Every ! staff member was helpful, professional and friendly. Our room was very cleaned, quiet and large. Decorated simple clean lines, king bed was comfortable and all the linens were lovely.Two pools huge garden with paths to walk around, Hotel was a great location to drive our rental car to Syracuse and Isola Di Ortigia ,also close to beaches and seaside villages and restaurants near by. They have a great restaurant at hotel and breakfast had something for everyone. You do need a car to get around. Thank you to the staff we had a wonderful visit we felt very welcomed.We will recommend to our family and friends.

This hotel has to be one of the best in Sicily. Had the room with two levels looking out over this park like estate. The room was very large, with a large balcony with table, chairs, and loungers. The entrance has a large gate with a tree lined road up to the hotel. Large covered parking area. The staff greats you at your car and takes care of bags and everything else. Luigi the owner explains all the amenities of the hotel. 2 swimming pools, with bar service. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options, including home made pastries. The restaurant for dinner is as good as the rest of the hotel. Luigi has a large garden on the grounds where he gets many of the ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay the next time I'm in Sicily. Thank you Luigi.

Great hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Internet was patchy and didn’t work in certain areas. To use the spa, there was an extra charge, so I think that should be disclaimed somewhere. Breakfast could have more fruits and fresh juices. Staff was incredibly friendly and lovely, pool area also could have stayed open until a bit later, specially during the warm summer nights.

We stayed at the Caiammari boutique hotel for 5 nights and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful; stunning well-kept gardens, nicely decorated rooms and fab facilities (especially the pools!). The service was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and very attentive. The food was superb. We had lovely salads for lunch by the pool and breakfast was delicious! A nice selection at the buffet and the option to order cooked eggs from the kitchen. The setting at breakfast overlooking the gardens was tranquil. We enjoyed a daily visit from the family dog, Ron. He was very sweet and well behaved (I.e. if you don't like dogs he will not bother you at all). The location was great with easy access to various beaches. The closest was Arenella which was lovely, nice sand and crystal clear water. We hired a car and drove to Fontane Bianche another day. The sand was whiter and again, crystal clear water. Some seaweed in places and was a windy day, but overall a lovely beach. We ate lunch at Sayanora which was fab! Great food, reasonably priced and friendly staff. We also drove to Ortigia one evening and to Noto another evening. Overall the location of the hotel was perfect (best to hire a car). I'd love to return to Syracuse and when I do I will definitely stay at the Caiammari again.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Die Zimmer und der ganze Komplex sind wunderschön eingerichtet, äußerst gepflegt und strahlen eine angenehme Ruhe aus. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und kann den Alltag komplett hinter sich lassen. Das Frühstück ist einfach wunderbar: eine großartige Auswahl, alles frisch, liebevoll präsentiert und von hervorragender Qualität. Jeder Morgen war ein echtes Highlight und ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch der außergewöhnlich liebevolle Service von Luigi, Nino und Ares. Alle sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und persönliche Art machen den Aufenthalt etwas ganz Besonderes – man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Freund. Dieses Hotel ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Unterkunft ist absolut top. Tolle geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal isz ebenso super freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen sofern man Fragen hat. Das Anwesen bietet tolle Pool und Spa Möglichkeiten und auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Wichtig idt das man mit dem Auto anreist. Ohne wird es wirklich schwierig da Restaurant und Ausgehmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt sind (bspw. Syracus).
