Check-in/ check-out was easy. Staff were very helpful and sat down with me to discuss suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area…which was helpful. Location was 3 blocks from the train station which brought us directly to Catania airport in an hour. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the bridge crossing into Ortegia.

Warm friendly, inviting, clean and comfortable

Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do.

The room was very clean and modern, the bed was super confortable. The host was very nice and helpful. Overall great stay. The only downside of this B&B is the parking is not guaranteed and fairly hard to get.

This place was a welcome refuge in the heat of Syracuse. Such a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and an amazing waterfall shower. Very close to the central bus and train stations. Equidistant from the beautiful Ortigia and the archeological park. Staff were really friendly and responsive.

Was absolutely perfect, lovely, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Amazing location to explore. And I big shout out to to the owner / host she was amazing!!! I arrived very late in the evening and she accommodated my every need for entry etc, also gave me very useful insight to the area….honestly my stay was just fantastic. Couldn’t recommend highly enough 👍😊

Beautiful property in a busy (but quiet) area. We only stayed one night but the host was very kind, welcoming and personable. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! All the best foods are in Ortigia, which is a 15-20 min walk from the property.

Good Services

The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage to my room.

We had a very comfortable stay, room was spacious, clean and had all the convenience we needed. Stefania was fantastic! She reached out ahead of time to prepare for our arrival and was ready and waiting during check out! The neighborhood and building appeared a bit rough but we felt very safe walking to and from city center. One thing to note, the hotel is on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator.

PLEASE READ THIS THOROUGH REVIEW Very clean room, wonderfully modern bathroom, and the most comfortable bed in Italy! We stayed here for just one night in February 2023 for about €70. All I can say is WOW. I have stayed all over Italy and this is absolutely the best small “hotel” I have encountered. I wish there could be one of these hotels in every town! We chose this property because of its proximity to the train station (just 2 blocks) as we were only staying for one night and because of the great reviews on Google. I can absolutely echo those great reviews… I wish I could give it SIX stars! The entire property is only 3 rooms, but Veronica and Stefania take such pride in their hospitality. We were greeted warmly and shown to the room, and then given a wonderful orientation talk of the area. It was great to be able to learn a little bit about the history since we were visiting Siracusa for the first time. Again, the location is perfect with the historical center of Ortigia just a few blocks to the east. The rooms are modern and clean… nothing fancy, but the real difference here is the BEDS! Top quality, plush mattress and wonderful bedding made this the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in Italy. All I can say is you will not find a better value for your money stay than this place. If you have the opportunity to stay here, BOOK IT!

親切なスタッフ

初めてのシラクーザでここに宿泊しました。3泊しましたが、とても快適でした。オルティジア島にしか興味がない人にはおすすめしませんが、シラクーザの色んな場所を見て回りたい、街歩きの好きな人にはおすすめです。駅からもバスターミナルからも徒歩3〜4分でした。 スタッフはとにかく親切で、明るくて、友だちになりたくなります。

Più qualità che prezzo.

Delizioso B&B a cavallo tra la città di Siracusa e Ortigia. Comodissimo per visitarle entrambe a piedi. Pulito e moderno offre dei comfort praticamente da Hotel. Fantastica l'accooglienza di Veronica che al momento del check-in ci ha mostrato con una pratica cartina della città il mioglior itinerario di visita e dove andare a gustare le migliori prelibatezze della città. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!
