The room was no-frills but was clean. (I spilled my coffee onto the table, and some dripped onto the uncarpeted floor. I wiped it up with Kleenex, and to my surprise, even the floor was clean!) The bed was very comfortable. I heard no noise from the adjacent rooms. The only improvement would be a new bathtub--it was old and stained but drained well, and I can live with old and stained. In addition to the microwave and small fridge, there was a kitchen sink and small stove. For the price they charged, I feel I got a really good deal, and would definitely stay here again.

They could do better with their continental breakfast. Adding a toaster with breads and bagels would be a huge improvement
