“I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.”

“The location was good with a basement parking available. On the other hand, the air conditioner broke down and our room was roasting hot for the past 2 nights. I complained to the front desk but I was told to leave the terrace door open. (Our room was the hottest place in the island and O could not sleep at all.) To make it worse, wifi network was not working. I am so relieved that I have finally checked out from the hotel. ”

“Posto onesto e semplice. Se ti serve una camera doppia per 1/2 notti e' perfetto. Su Expedia ho trovato il prezzo più basso. La camera ha un letto comodo un appendiabiti artigianale e un tavolo pieghevole con una sedia. La finestra da sull'interno ma si può chiudere con la tenda per la privacy, ci sono due ragazze che lavorano facendo check in e pulendo le camere, onore a loro. I bagni maschili erano puliti ma serve qualche intervento di sostituzione o pulizia del telefono delle docce. Sul tetto...

“Mooie grote kamer en badkamer. Schoon En met erg groot bed. Het perdoneel was prima. Het hotel had een mooi overdekt zwembad. Een verrassings menu elke dag dat prima was klaargemaakt. Ontbijd was prima”

“The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem. After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation. The beding is also less than average ”
