"The hotel is in the same building as a mall, therefore you can just walk downstairs and shop. Also it's located in a really transited area, at night it's a little busy but not noisy. Staff were nice and the hotel was clean."

Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻♂️

"From check in to check out, the overall experience was smooth & easy! I enjoyed my stay at Billion Western Hotel in Daegu. The breakfast was nice too with lots of options buffet style. Oh & the breakfast timing was: Mon-Fri: 7-9am & Weekends: 7:30-9:30am. My room was on the 10th floor and I had a nice view of mountains & highway. I love my room too so spacious, clean & comfortable.
