“It’s walking distance from the Tahiti airport so it was the perfect place to stay after arriving in Tahiti late and having an early flight the next morning. It’s nothing fancy but good, basic and clean.”

“Great stay at Maitai Express Tahiti! The staff was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is perfect—close to the ferry pier, rental car agencies, and the local market. Private parking was also available, which made getting around very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tahiti!!”

“Wonderful property with access to swim in pool or area in Laguna to snorkel and see beautiful fish, eels and turtles. Great restaurants, entertainment and shows. But take your own blow dryer because theirs was like blow drying your hair on a very low setting. The drains are very slow so a 5 to 10 minute shower will incur water about 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the staff about this issue and they send maintenance but nothing was done to fix the issue. I loved the views and resort but...

“Some aspects of the property are getting a bit tired, but overall it had good amenities (restaurant, bar, pool was lovely). Food was good although perhaps a bit pricey, but not unexpected.”
