Staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, a number of things could be improved. Kitchen..no tea towel, no washing up detergent, no kitchen knives, no milk in the refrigerator for coffee. No microwave or toaster.. Bathroom.. a cake of soap but no soap dish..basic amenities only.

Tired hotel with great staff. Rooms were ok, you get what you pay for. Showers flooded and didnt drain properly. The property is older and it looks like no renovations were made (lobby sofa leather/vinyl were cracked). Staff were pleasant and accomodating. We had an issue with the shower where it was too hot and they quickly fixed it. Anytime we called for something (dish soap and sponge for kitchen), it came fairly quickly. Decent location close to city center and walkable.

An old hotel in need of renovation. The rooms are large, and another plus is that it has a pool. Avoid rooms facing the road because you won't be able to sleep due to the noise. The price is excessive for its age, so I would look for other options

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the ferry. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable. The only negative was the very expensive breakfast. It was not very good for the price that they charge.

The property was in close proximity of the port for cruise ship embarkation and debarkation. Their suites were spacious and clean. We were in walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, sites and the port.
