“우리 가족은 새벽에 홍콩에 도착해서 늦게 레이트 체크인 한다고 분명히 호텔 예약을 할 때 기재해두었는데 출발하는 날 국제전화를 해서 문의한 결과 23:30 PM까지 체크인 받는다고 한다. 완전 무책임한 곳이다. 우리 가족은 체크인을 못해서 이용을 못했다. 돈이 아까운 것보다 사장이나 직원의 고객에 대하는 자세가 너무나도 불성실하고 무책임한 곳이다. 호텔 체크인 시간을 똑바로 기재하시기 바랍니다. 다시는 이용할 가치를 느끼지 못한다. ”
