"今回、香港インターナショナルホステルに宿泊しましたが、予約する際に見ていた写真には窓がありましたが、実際には狭い部屋で窓もなくイメージと違いました。宿の受付へ行くまでにも苦労しさらに受付と部屋がある建物が違うなど、事前に日本語で案内が必要だと感じます。さらに深夜に他の宿泊者がフリースペースでうるさかったので、寝不足にもなりました。色々と改善が必要だと感じます。"

"The service is Ok but everything not convenient. Firstly, we went to the address shown in the letter and found no one. We got to bring all the luggage back to the ground floor and pulled all the luggage to another floor to check in. Waste of time and energy. Hate this. "People should be directed to check in on Floor 10 between Block D and Block E. Google Maps has the address wrong as Floor 17 Block C. Nobody came to clean my room. The bathroom door was spring-loaded and would not stay closed. There are 50 "hotels" in this building, Pacific Lodge is not one any signs, making it difficult to navigate when you first arrive. "

"I arrived late because my flight was delayed. I went to the guest house and no one was there, unable to contact them to check in. So I had to find a hotel nearby to stay for the night. The hotel info says 24 hour front desk when I booked this guest house, but it's not true! Please correct the information if you are unable to provide 24 hour front desk service. I had a terrible experience, lost what I paid and also had to look for other hotels on the street at 2AM"

"For a good place to stay while entering or leaving the HK Airport, this hotel is great. Do I think it is inexpensive? NO, but it’s really a great hotel to relax at. Clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, very accommodating, big breakfast buffet with omelet station, 2 pools, sauna, and steamroom. Restaurants on the ground floor. Taxis and busses into the city (45 minute journey) just outside the hotel and airport. Busses are cheap. Theres a spa on the premises which is very nice. My wife said it is 😂. They’ve got a really nice exercise room too with all you need, if you’re like me, to just stay fat. We stay at this hotel when passing in or out of HK. We have consistently been more than satisfied with everything. "
