The place is fairly clean though tiny, but all the basic needs of a traveler is there. Location is a plus factor. walking distance to Star Ferry, Harbour City, 1881 Heritage, Clock Tower, Avenue of Starts, HK Art Museum and a lot more. Highly recommended specially for a backpackers and couples. Near Bus station and MRT. its 1 ride to Airport via (A21) Bus Flyer

They did not give me room I booked online which they gave a way to others before I arrived, they told me you change when the room was available!! lol The heater was so hot to easily to burned your skin if you did not pay an attention and the toilet was broken before u used it which was water flushing outside of toilet all around of floor. I knew I did not pay for the big room space but I paid for the remote control AC same as the photos showed, I got the old one AC which I had to stand up every night to change the temperature if you feel so hot or so cold, but the funniest thing was Even the AC button break as well lol I could changed the right temperature! I complained, they came to fixed the toilet and AC bottom, but AC still was not work well. Oh BTW, I saw some tiny spider on the bed and near by pillows But the room cleaner lady and one of guy working at front desk was nice. The manager was just ok. Overall, I stayed there eight nights, I did not sleep well every single night Because the AC was too cold or too hot that making you standing up, but pros you can stay really good location Easily accessible anywhere by subway. There have a lot shopping mall and restaurants as well.

The hotel charged me extra $HK 150 when I arrived, called it service fee. The reception people are not professional.

Can't really say much. Ots inside ine of the worst Buildings in hong kong. The room i had was Lucky a Single room with private bathroom but i have heard horror stories about people living with rats and other animlas. The building is hard to navigate. Snd has people outiside trying to sell you all kinds of drugs

I arrived late because my flight was delayed. I went to the guest house and no one was there, unable to contact them to check in. So I had to find a hotel nearby to stay for the night. The hotel info says 24 hour front desk when I booked this guest house, but it's not true! Please correct the information if you are unable to provide 24 hour front desk service. I had a terrible experience, lost what I paid and also had to look for other hotels on the street at 2AM
