Very clean and spacious rooms. Room was also nice and warm. Only downside traffic can be loud as our room was close to the roadside, However have stayed there previously in a room further back and did not notice the traffic

We have been here a few times. Usually the property is clean but this time around there was a lingering smell of sweat & smoke in the room. The reception host was also impatient & condescending when I called to inform them that we will be checking in late. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We have an awesome time on Mt. Ruapehu.
