The staff was very kind and the place is conveniently located. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small for 2 bedroom rooms. Furthermore, the lobby is on the 2nd floor and there is only one elevator which causes constant bottlenecks.

Very small rooms, but very nice stay

The only thing to fault in this hotel are the very small rooms - and that is what it is. But the staff is incredibly friendly, the little perks (breakfast included and drinks in the evening, a choice of cushions, etc.) are great, location rocks and I would not hesitate to come here again. If you're coming by car: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone - your satnav will make you mad. Set your satnav to 田町駐車場（自走式）for the parking garage, this will save you nerves.

Hotel staff are helpful to extend my stay due to typhoon. The common hot spring is nice and clean. Female travelers can pick 5 items of their need (including non-silicone shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, face mask). There are ranges of height and firmness for the pillow to let you choose. Breakfast is satisfactory with assorted pastries or japanese dishes and rice. There is miso soup and yogurt as well. You need to return the plates and dump the rubbish by its type. Room and bath room is a bit small but still allow you to put a 28-30" suitcase. Lighting is a bit dim for the room at night. There are not much space for hanging the clothes and the air con is slightly covered with dust. Overall, the hotel is recommended with its convenient location right on the shopping street. There are pharmacies downstair and walkable to the metro station.

Nice area. A bit far from the main train station. Small but very clean and convenient room. Warm welcome and very helpful hotel's employees. Excellent japanese breakfast. We will go back there for sure.

敷地内駐車場有りとあり選択して利用。 予約時の伝達事項にも「駐車場を利用したいです。」と記載していたにもかかわらず、当日になっても連絡無し。 ホテルの外観を見ると敷地内駐車場は見当たらず、チェックイン時にフロントに確認すると提携のコインパーキングに停めることでサービス券を発行するとのこと。 すでに別のパーキングに停めていたため、断念。 サイトに正しい情報を記載してくださっていれば防げただけでなく、 伝達事項に対して、あらかじめ案内をしてくださっていれば無駄な出費を抑えられていた。 ビジネスホテルに対してここまで望むのは違うかもしれないが、 高松市内にはラグジュアリーホテルが無く、ビジネスホテルを選択するしか無い。 立地、設備の清潔さもあっただけに、残念でならない。記載情報の修正と、予約時の伝達事項を確認するように改善を期待したい。
