"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better. The air conditioning smelt bad and we had to sleep...

"Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

The staff were very warm and welcoming and when I had an issue with my bathroom lighting it was resolved very quickly! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to families and friends."

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything about this resort was great, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. "We had a very pleasant stay at St. Verdi Marina Bay. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained, and the hotel’s location was excellent, staff was amazing. There were also a variety of nearby halal dining options as well as shopping malls, which made the stay particularly convenient for our family. The main drawback was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared that the floors had not been thoroughly swept or brushed prior to mopping, as there was still visible dirt beneath the bed and along the edges of the walls. Aside from this issue, the rest of the experience was very positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With improved attention to housekeeping standards, the hotel would offer an excellent overall experience."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Very clean and nice decorations. Beautiful shape outside and surroundings. Choice of a number of pools and a little private beach or swimming in a rocky cove area. Remote place so access to recommended sites takes transport but well worth it. Staff friendly and so helpful. They couldnt give us a late check out but offered a courtesy room for our late flight. Food was great well cooked and vast to fit all needs and taste."
