"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."

"Rita is wonderful! She picked us up at the train station when we arrived. The property is very beautiful and overlooking the lake with fantastic Mountain View. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it very much for our 5-night stay."
