Loved the hotel. Loved breakfast at the hotel. The evening resturaunt was ok. The staff was always scrambling. On the second night we made a reservation. We received a confirmation and when we arrived they could not find the reservation. They sat us but acted like we were an inconvenience the entire dinner. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with an absolutely amazing view of lake como. The pool was beautiful but cold. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Spectacular view, like maybe the best view anywhere I’ve been. The close, but different comparison would be the view in Rio de Janeiro from the Cristo Redentor.
