“Great stay.”

“Room was decent. Had to obtain additional towels and washcloth. Close to restaurants. Fortunately a restaurant was close by and open on Sunday for breakfast. ”

“First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. “I was greeted by Neil on arrival and he made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The property was gorgeous and even though there was a party in the pavillion, I still enjoyed the pool, the bar, the grounds, and my room was a quiet serenity. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. Get a view room for the best experience!”

“The room was clean, but had problems. The door knob on the bathroom door was loose and barely hanging on. Both faucets were so hard to turn on, I could not do it. The outside door was also hard to enter. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins and bananas. That was all. I will never stay at that hotel again.”

“I cannot say enough about Pheonix and her staff!!!! EVERYONE, was absolutely amazing, so accomodating and helpful. We were there for my son's turning green ceremony at Ft Benning. All he wanted to do was rest in the room. The staff made sure that happened and that we had fresh towels every day! I will be booking my July stay this week with them!!”

“We only stayed one night on our way to Sky Valley Georgia but, this certainly was a very nice break up for the trip. We enjoyed the gardens and the lodge very much.”

“I liked nothing about the room I reserved. The carpet smelled horrible and the shower water wouldn't get hot only warm. There were 2 sink holes in the floor that I unexpectedly sinked down in. Just an awful experience.”

“It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out.”

“Bed was more comfortable than other hotels but still not the best. To be expected. The room smelled VERY strongly of chemical cleaner, possibly carpet cleaner. We managed but it was really strong everywhere in the room and other places of the hotel. The sheets for the sofa bed were dirty in the closet but staff provided another set. Staff in general was nice and responsive when engaged. Breakfast last day there were several things missing or not being restocked which was disappointing. No...

“We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”

“We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....
