Staff rudeness

The hotel is close to the airport and offers free breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose it as we had a long journey ahead. We did not have a good experience. The staff at breakfast wore worn-out t-shirts which did not look clean and helped themselves to the food and ate it on the go. One male staff suddenly shouted at me and my daughter a few times, assuming that we wanted to take sandwiches that were on our table with us just as we started to eat. Then he sat opposite and watched us eating, trying to intimidate us. Needless to say, we will not stay here again and also we want to warn any prospective guests about the unacceptable behavior of some of the staff.

Ok for 1 night

It was ok for 1 night before the airport. Bed were uncomfortable and someone was know at our door at 9.30, woke us up. They had a wrong door. Walls are paper thin . We could hear the neighbors at 2.30am talk

Book a suite to be confortable, expecting seating , minimum to cook in . There was just 1 chair, no microwave. sound isolation between rooms was terrible, could hear the next door guest coughing all night or watching TV. no blind to close windows when it's daylight half of the night and you have a street light in front of the window. Also noisy road below.

I did enjoy staying at Hestia Hotel Susi, however there were several things that could be improved. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and happy to help! The room was perfectly clean and tidy, also quitte spacious and the temperature was just right. Nice underfloor heating in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient for those who travel by public transport - there is a bus stop right across the road from the hotel. There are only a few things that I thought could be better. 1. The shower cabin didn't drain very well. 2. It was disappointing to find no electric kettle in the room after a long walk in frosty weather. 3. It would be nice to have sockets where you can plug USB cables. I have seen them in many hotels, they are extremely useful. On the whole, it is a nice hotel, and I'll be staying there again.

Edullinen hotelli, sopii hyvin jos ei tarvitse oheispalveluita. Huoneessa kuluneisuutta, lattia irvisteli useammasta kohtaa, telkkarin kaukosÀÀdin paikattu teipillÀ. Melko kulunut hotelli

Valitsimme hotellin niin ettÀ pÀÀsisimme tarvittaessa kÀvelemÀÀn pois Tallinnan Laululavalta (3,5 km), jos sieltÀ ei saisi taksia takaisin hotelliin. Normaalisti emme olisi valinneet ko. alueelta hotellia ja varsinkaan siinÀ kunnossa olevaa, jos ei ole pakko. Valitettavasti huoneemme oli jo melko kulunut ja kaipaisi remonttia, samoin kuin huoneen sisustus oli vanhanaikainen ja osittain hyvin huonokuntoinen. Onneksi kuitenkin vuoteet olivat aika uudet, patjat joustavat ja miellyttÀvÀt, kuten myös vuodevaatteet hyvÀt. Aamiainen oli perus tavallinen, mutta emme odottaneet mitÀÀn ihmeitÀ. KyllÀhÀn kyseisessÀ hotellissa pari yötÀ jaksoi olla. Henkilökunnalle (reception) pisteet, olivat ystÀvÀllisiÀ ja respan henkilökunta auttavaista. Kiitos siitÀ.

- VÀldigt positivt intryck av Hestia Susi Hotell. - Trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. - LÀtt att hitta och parkera, parkeringen var dock inte inhÀngnad eller bevakad. - Bra frukost. Inget utöver det vanliga, men ok. - BekvÀma sÀngar. - Rummet var lite slitet, men helt ok. - Vet inte hur man ta sig till centrum, men antagligen gÄr spÄrvagnen pÄ andra sidan vÀgen dit.

Oli ihan mukava, siisti ja hiljainen hotelli, hyvÀ sijainti ja helppo pÀÀsy keskustaan. Suuri ostoskeskus lÀhellÀ. Mutta nukkuminen ei sujunut koska sÀnky oli epÀmukava. Patjan jousi painoi keskiselkÀÀn ikÀvÀsti. Huone 418 patja kannattaisi vaihtaa. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvÀ.

Vastaanottovirkailija oli hyvin ystÀvÀllinen, puhui todella hyvin suomea. Huone oli perussiisti, mutta sÀnky oli todella huono. IlmalÀmpöpumppu piti huoneen mukavan viileÀnÀ.
