The hotel is new and very nice. We had the cheapest room due to a short stay but it was very comfortable and spacious. We used the spa too and while crowded it was lovely. The lady at the bar made some excellent cocktails. The parking around the hotel is expensive and not always available. But cheaper than the hotel's carpark. The receptionists are not friendly and do not always act professional. And the hotel is awful in respinding. When we had an issue before our stay, we tried to contact them directly as well as via expedia agents to no avail. And absolutely no willingness to help.

Better during the winter

The hotel was nice especially the spa was great, but the air conditioning of the room was not effictive enough when it was 22 degrees outside. It was too hot to sleep during the night. The breakfast was ok. Juices were quite sweet and the scrambble egg like pudding. You can buy drinks in the spa area. They are ok, nothing special.

There is a wonderful spa area with a warm pool, four jacuzzis, a sauna and nice locker rooms. No extra charge and the room rates were very reasonable. Nice rooms too. Perfect location next to Old Town. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent hotel and location

Excellent hotel next to the Old City. Nice rooms and good breakfast buffet. Spa in hotel has multiple saunas, jacuzzis and cool pool (although unfortunately not for laps). Spa treatments available. I had an excellent massage.

Aircondition didn´t work properly and the room was quite warm. We informed staff and they fixed it. After several hours it worked somehow but not good. Windows couldn`t be opened and the view was to the white wall of a building in 3 m distance. It was depressing. In this price I was expecting better.

Comfortable room

Very comfortable large room. Extremely clean, however carpets are worn and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway off putting. Within walking distance of the old town, transport, and restaurants.

The hotel room was too hot, 26C, and the air felt humid. I asked personnel to check if they would have been a way to get the air conditioner to work. They couldn’t.
