We had the whole apartment for our group of 13 people and it suited well for that purpose. There was enough room and a nice equiped kitchen. Some of the rooms were quite noisy during weekend night because of the sounds from the street. Also furniture is quite outdated and toilet seats were broken. Apartment was quite clean and check in and check out were easy.

We stay only for one night 26 December-27 December 2019.And we check in with teenagers (who was the stuff or something like that),but they was living with us.They drink alcohol,smoking in the room,laugh loudly and listen music till 3 am.

Nice concept, BUT...
Don't get me wrong, the place is not all bad. The concept itself is nice: no need to see the staff but clear instructions sent via sms; shared apartment with other travellers is also good idea. And the location was great, though of course somewhat noisy during weekend evenings which is to be expected. So what decreased our rating? (i) The cleanliness level. Especially the bathroom and shower area was in our opinion below any rating with slimy floor and mould growing at the shower space. Also other general areas should be cleaned more regularly. The kitchen was well equipped though. (ii) The room itself. I'd expect a bit more of it than plain sleeping spaces for four (with bad quality, especially the sofa). At least night tables/reading lamps should be included to make the room even a bit comfortable. Due to the above points, we would not go back to this accommodation, nor do we recommend it at present. With some extra effort the apartments can become very nice though.

Nobody on charge
I called the phone number given by hotels.com . I was treated like I was a very bad boy ... I am 81 years old ... because I did not followed the rules ... The only rule I had was to telephone them. This is not a hotel. Ididn't know that ... I booked it thru Hotels.com . Nobody is present to help in any way. I needed a place to leave my suitcase ... rather heavy. Nothing to do before 3 pm. They sent me an indirect message with all the needed codes 40 minutes before 3 pm. I started to call before 1 pm... that is the time I arrived in Tallinn. Thanks to the people in the local information office that helped me with the communication. They have to know that my USA phone doesn't work in Europe. They have to know, that because I reserved from the USA and I live in the USA ... I DO NOT know the ways in Europe.

Olimme perheen kesken (2aikuista+ 1v lapsi)parin yötä virossa meille tämä ajankohta oli otollinen koska maja talossa ei meidän lisäksi ollut muita joten vierailu oli rauhallinen. Miinusta annan hieman hätiköidysti siivotusta huoneesta ja ummehtuneesta huone ilmasta ja tuli mieleeni myös suihkutilan homeiset saumaukset mutta ei se meitä härinnyt koska kävimme kylpylässä ja peseydyimme siellä. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava paikka yöpyä minilomalla.

High third floor
1. They don't inform their clients that the apartment is on the third floor with a very steep staircase. If you have back problems and older than 35, think twice about going up and down those stairs several times a day (and with your suitcase) The hostess was quite rude when I complained about the lack of information. 2. They don't check the clients' IDs -- I asked Renate (the hostess) if she wanted to see my passport, but the hostess said it would not be necessary. It is a very dangerous practice under the threat of terrorism. 3. There are no disposable toilet seat covers -- and the apartment has 6 rooms! It is against the American rules of hygiene. All those strangers using 1 and 1/2 bathrooms? No thanks. 4. If you stay for longer than 3 days, bring your own towels -- I stayed six days, and when I asked for a fresh towel, I was told they don't change them. She gave it to me anyway, but... 5. Don't expect your room to be cleaned by the management-- only if you pay 10 euros to the cleaning lady. I spent there 6 days and the balls of dust were flying around the room. I did not pay 10 euros because of the principle: I am paying you for 7 nights, and you cannot have my room cleaned even once? 6. Guests are coming and going all the time: my room was across from the bathroom facilities, and it was slamming through the night several times. 7. The absolutely great thing about the apartment is its location: it is situated downtown and very close to everything.

Red flag: clients documents/ IDs are not checked
1. This apartment is situated on the third floor of an old building, and has a very steep staircase. I have a bad back, and have I known about it, I would have never booked this property. When I mentioned it to the hostess and asked why it did not say anywhere how high the apartment was, she replied:" Well, it did not say anywhere it was on the first floor, did it?" Such response would have been absolutely unacceptable anywhere in the US. No apologies, simple rudeness. 2. I asked the hostess whether she needed to see my passport. She said it was not necessary. The apartment has 6 rooms, and ANYONE could use someone else's information if the documents were not checked. 3. The apartment has one bath and 1/2 for 6 rooms. There were NO Disposable Paper Toilet Seat Covers! It is a violation of the basic hygienic rules. 4. I paid for 7 nights and 6 days. Obviously, most of the clientele stayed there for a day or two. However, if you pay for 7 nights, you might expect your room cleaned once. When I asked about it, she replied that if I were to pay 10 euros, the room will be cleaned. She also reprimanded me for asking for new towels, saying "we usually don't change towels." Usually...Maybe if the guests are staying for three days, not for six. 5. Other than that-- the location can't be better. All the kitchen facilities are in good shape.

Сама квартира хорошая, местоположение супер. но неприятный сюрприз-залог в 100 евро, который забрали при поселении и обещали вернуть при выселении. В день отъезда работница опоздала на полчаса. Хорошо, что у нас было много времени до самолета, а если бы впритык- забрали просто залог себе? Неприятно((( Это единственная неприятность, случившаяся с нами. В остальном- отлично.

We had a very small room with absolutely nothing but two beds and a ceiling lamp in it. The sheets on the other bed were too small to fit the bed and had holes in them. In the reservation it said the bed would be queen size instead of two separates. The communal spaces were ok and the kitchen was great however, and the room and other spaces were clean. The location is good and the Old Town wonderful. There is not enough information on the page about the check in.

It’s not worth it
It’s just “location” The service was horrible. How to enter the room was bit complicated and owner was so rude by phone and text when I had to deal with. You can find much better place with same or even less price range!

Poor service! Worst experience
I booked a night, there is no one at front so I had to check-in by myself. The instructions are sent by email, none of the key worked smoothly so it took extra extra time to finally get into the room. There is only one shower in the floor. Bathroom was dirty, and very noisy outside. However the location was great so I decided to stay another night. The second night was more expensive and there were few hotels cheaper around that area but only reason I chose to stay there was I didn’t wanna re-pack and move the hotel. I called the number and talked to the owner after attempting couple times and make sure if I could stay in a same room. He said that’d be fine, so I left. Half hour later, the same guy left the voicemail and text message that I had to go back to the apartment to return the key otherwise I’d get fine. I told him that I was told it was ok, but he kept saying I had to return in 30mins!! I already planed and booked spa appointment but had to reschedule and go back. The house keeper gave me a new key which was different floor. Although I paid extra $20 compared to previous night, the room was smaller and the curtains fell off from the window so there was no privacy at all! I never experienced receiving such a rude customer service! It’s not worth the money at all!

Very good location
Staff was very nice (do not forget to contact them to let them know when you will arrive). Room clean and big. Nice shared kitchen all equiped, you can cook and eat there. Excellent location in the middle of the old town. The bathroom is shared between 4 rooms but we were lucky to be alone on the floor.

The key lock holding the key didn't open after three tries. I messaged the owner and they answered in a patronizing demeaning manner. They then sent someone without asking and demanded I pay a very expensive taxi fare. I ended up booking another hotel for the night and had to pay twice.

Noisy hostel on old town
Sounds from nightly yelling on an alley and trash cars early in the morning. Sounds from room's and toilet's doors and even walking on a floor. Why one must pay extra 10 euros for cleaning, which was not done? No reception, no staff, no breakfast. It was expensive too. Can't possibly get grade 4/5. Avoid this place!

Large roomy apartment near Old Town square
Quiet and pleasant two bedroom apartment up several fights of stairs with large living and kichen areas. This is not a hotel - received text from a friendly person with the keys who met us at the front door and showed us the ropes.

Bijna een villa gelijk.
Echt super. Apartement in hartje binnenstad en groot. Met eigen oven en magnetron. Let er alleen wel op dat ze verscheidene verschillende apartementen hebben verdeeld over de stad. Is dus niet t hotel wat op internet staat.

Achtung: auf den über Ibookers Bezahlten Preis, werden nochmals 10-30 € für die Putzfrau verrechnet. Zu dem war die ganze WiFi Antennen Installation in meinem überteuerten Zimmer installiert. Es gab nur konntakt via SMS. Ich hatte nie eine verantwortliche Person zu Gesicht bekommen.

In the center of Old city
The guest house is pretty good and clean, the location is right in the middle of the old town. Please note that there is no reception and you have to advise what time your are coming in advance so somebody will meet you. Overall it was a nice stay and good value for money

Excellent choice for back-bag travelers.
Excellent location and clean environment. Good choice for back-bag travelers because there is no good parking options included. At weekends must be considered with noisy street.
