“I loved the location, the front desk person was sort of busy and preoccupied. Being close to the ocean was a huge win with little kids. The bedrooms and water service delivery was great. We loved the pool, but the hours are weird for kids. ”

“I would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Cork. Spacious and quiet. We went with our 15 and 9 years old boys and they didn’t get bored as they had their own beds and plenty of plugs to charge their devices. There’s a telly as well where you can login to your favourite streaming services. Internet is super fast, as you can imagine, that’s another reason why kids were not bored. LOL. The communal kitchen is spacious so if you run into another guest, you won’t have that “awkward moment”...

“We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. “If you want peace and quiet, off the beaten path, away from tourists, Mrs. Delaney‘s loft is the place for you! We really enjoyed our stay. There was one hiccup with another gentleman booked for the same room, but they were quick to rectify the situation, and all parties were taken care of. We will be back!”
