An amazing little getaway
"I can't explain enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super courteous and spoke very good English. The location is gorgeous and quiet and the hotel runs a shuttle to and from the nearest rail station several times a day if you want to get into Kyoto proper. That said, it's likely to take an hour to get to Kyoto by shuttle/train or 30 minutes if you take a rather expensive taxi. Plan accordingly! I think we would visit again. "
