"At check-in, I was not informed shower is only open from 6PM - 11PM and 6AM - 10AM. So, I woke up late next morning and took a shower at 11AM. The next day, I did the same at around 10AM. There was a cleaning lady and I asked if I can take a shower. Then, out of no where an older lady rush in and scream at me in my face and she check everything and shoo me away.
