The front desk staff was ok. Not great but ok. Linda, the lady who takes care of the breakfast area was very nice, friendly and accommodating. She knew many of the guests and why they were at the hotel

The Westin Tampa Waterside
The room was a nice size and very clean to accommodate my wife’s handicap. I found the staff to be quite friendly. Not a single staff member past you by without a smile and hello.
