주요 관광지랑 멀어서 불편했고요 벌레는 딱히 나오지 않았으나 숙소 청결도에 조금 실망했습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨어요. 귀여운 고양이도 있고.

Great stay

Location was 5 minute drive to Micronesia mall and to Tumon. Best to rent a car when booking in this place. Great space, perfect for families, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Tv had a lot of cable channels :) Washer and dryer available.For check in, best to inform the hotel in advance regarding arrival time. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

グアムでのコンドミニアムは初めてでしたがすばらしい施設で満足でした。 管理会社の方からオーナー夫婦さん！ 何から何まで大変お世話になりました。 タモンの中心からは少々離れていますがレンタカーを借りれば問題ありません。 アウトリガーやヒルトンもいいですがコンドミニアムを安く利用して大人数でワイワイガヤガヤするのもいいですよ。

수건외엔 아무것도 없으니 다 챙겨가세요 전 수건도 모자랄까봐 더 챙겨갔어요 세탁기 건조기있어서 빨아서 사용했구 조용하구 좋았습니다

전반적으로 꽤 만족스러웠어요! 얼리 체크인도 추가 비용 없이 가능했어요. 다만 체크인 해주는 직원이 항상 데스크에 있지는 않아서 미리 전화를 해야 하는 것 같았어요. 정문이 닫혀있다면 정문에 적혀있는 번호로 전화해서 열어달라고 하면 됩니다. 들어가서 체크인 하면 정문을 열 수 있는 리모콘을 받을 수 있어요. 괌 시내 어디든 차로 10분 내외로 이동할 수 있어요!

레지던스의 편안함은 없다.

대가족 여행이라 주방있고 커넥팅되는 곳을 찾다보니 여기에 머물렀는데, 소파며 식탁의자며 다 엉망이라 앉기가 너무 불편했습니다. 그리고 침대 밑이 훤히 보이는데 아래는 청소를 하지 않았고, 바퀴벌레도 나왔습니다. 청소는 머무는 동안 안해주는 거 알고 있어서 한국에서 밀대 가져가서 사용했고, 혹시 몰라서 다이소에서 천원주고 산 식탁커버 가져갔더니 유용하게 썼습니다. 주방 식기와 냄비는 다 너무 지저분해서 가지고 간 것과 사서 일회용품을 사용했고, 화장실 휴지도 추가로 화장실당 2개씩만 있었고 추가요청했으나 제가 직접 사서 써야한다고 하더라고요. 4박동안 대가족이 쓰기 부족해서 그것도 사서 썼습니다. 수압이 약해서 각자 욕실에서 샤워하면 물이 졸졸 나와서 불편했습니다. 굳이 좋았던 거는 호텔방은 좁았을텐데 거실이 넓어 아이들이 뛰기 좋았습니다. 다음에 간다면 호텔로 가는게 좋을 것 같네요.

充分に広く、生活に必要な電化製品や食器は一通り揃っています。チェックインやチェックアウトの時間変更については、メール連絡すればすぐに返信があり、ちゃんと対応してくれて助かりました。 タオルは何泊しても１人二枚ずつしかありませんが、洗濯機と乾燥機があるので、不自由はしませんでした。 一ヵ所窓のロック部分のねじがなくなっており、また、網戸も破れていたので、窓を開けたり、シャッターを開けたりした状態でいられなかったことが残念でした。 Wi-Fiが完備されていたこと、テレビでNHKが見られたことはとても嬉しかったです。

広々としてファミリーにはとても快適です。レンタカーがあればここはKマートで買い物をして調理もできるのでまたグアムに来た際には泊まりたいと思っています。

シャワーの水圧が　チョロチョロ、、、でした レンタカーがないと　海　繁華街　歩くには、とうすぎます！！ 年寄り　小さい子供　　女の人にはかなり　辛い　説明に　書かれている２０分？うそでしょ？？　もっとあった　　 近くには　コンビニすらない　何もない、、、ただ部屋が広く　綺麗なだけで　総合的に　相当不便でした　 ただバーべQセットが無料で貸してもらえるのは有り難かった　フロンとの方々もフレンドリーでした いいところもありましたが、、、リピートはないです

3룸 4베드에 독채형이라 대가족 머물기에 최적의 숙소였습니다. 룸컨디션이나 세탁기와 건조기가 있어 좋았구요, 식자재 구매하여 1층 주방에서 식사해결하는 등 여행경비도 아끼고 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 가족끼리의 여행에 최고의 숙소인듯 했어요. 다만 욕실에서 샤워시 샤워 호스없이 벽체 부착형이라 어린아이들 머리감길때 조금 불편했던점 빼고는 아주 좋았습니다.

집에 도착했는데 인터넷 연결이 안돼서 티비도 안나오고 와이파이도 안됐습니다. 연락처로 문자했는데 여자분이 오시더니 껐다 키면 된다고 하고 관리팀에 연락해주겠다고 하고 갔어요. 결국 그날 하루종일 인터넷이 불가능했고 일정이 끝나고 밤늦게 집에 왔을때도 고쳐져있지 않아서 우리가 직접 고쳤습니다;;; (배선이 전부 잘못되어있었음) 문자로 연락하면서 했던말이 주말에는 서비스센터와 연결하기 어렵단말... 차라리 호텔을 잡을껄이라고 매우 후회했었음.. 장점은 집이 굉장히 넓고 한적한 곳에 있어서 조용합니다. 2층집이고 1층엔 거실과 주방 세탁실(세탁기와 건조기) 화장실(샤워불가)이 있고 2층에는 방3개와 화장실2개 있습니다. 웬만한 조리기구들과 전자레인지, 헤어드라이기 전부 비치되어 있습니다. 청결상태도 양호합니다. 디파짓은 하루에100달러가 아니라 총 100달러 입니다. 하지만 불편했던점은 방이 모두 2층에 있어서 짐을 들고 계단을 오르락내리락 하는게 불편했고 나이드신분들은 계단이 불편하실 것 같습니다. 물놀이를 많이 하려면 해변가 호텔이 편할 것 같습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 해주셨던 여자분 친절합니다. 하지만 프론트에 계속 있는게 아니고 내가 필요할때 연락하면 그때 옵니다. 체크인도, 체크아웃도 미리미리! 꼭! 연락하셔야! 제때! 할수 있습니다! 체크아웃할때 다국적 사람들이 그 앞에서 계속 기다렸습니다... 집은 넓고 좋지만 가격대비 서비스와 관리가 부족해서 다음번에 괌에 다시간다면 무조건 호텔로 갈것입니다.

這間屋很舊，煮食用具又舊，沒有水煲，我住了3天，沒有人做清潔，沒更換厠紙，傢私電器產品太舊或無法使用，坐厠水力不足，不能冲下厠紙，花灑頭被水垢塞滿，只能出好少水。有一間主人房張床床辱好像紙皮一樣硬，抽油煙機不能抽煙，當煎一片肉就全屋都是煙。失敗之中的失敗。泳池像浴缸般大，不能容納5人。還有更多不能盡錄。。。

갑자기 여행이 결정된터라 갑작스럽게 숙소를 구하느라 2박 2박 다른곳으로 숙소를 잡았는데 뒤에 2박이 이숙소 였어요. 괌은 두번째라 시내가 아닌건 알았지만 지도를 잘못봤는지 생각보다 더 뒤쪽이였구요주변에 정말 아무것도 없구요 가는길이 외져서 무서웠어요. 한참 빈차털이범 많다고 문자도 오고 그런데다 외곽느낌이 나서 더 그랬구요. 우리숙소 앞으로는 골프연습장이 있었어요. 창문은 밖에서 철제자라바같은걸로 다 막혀 있어서 열수도 없었어요. 감옥 온것도 아니고 완전 꽉 막혀있고 단지 안쪽 창문 자바라는 열수는 있었으나 열어봐야 뷰도 없으니 의미없구요...4시쯤 체크인하고 아무리 봐도 너무 답답하고 무서워서 못있겠어서 5시반쯤 인포메이션 갔더니 아무도 없어서 전화했더니 5시면 관리인이고 뭐고 다 퇴근한다고 집에 가는길이라고 함. 미암하지만 체크아웃 하고 싶으니 돌아와달라고 하니까 기계치냐고 문여는거 모르냐고함. 그게 아니라 체크아웃한다고 하지 않았냐하니 왜그러냐고함 숙소 마음에 안든다고 하니 환불은 안된다고. 알고 있으니 (보증금 100달러 받아야해서) 미안하지만 와줄수 있냐고 하니 오겠다고함. 40분쯤 기다려 체크아웃 하고 아웃거리 리조트로 다시 돌아갔어요. 70만원정도 그냥 날렸네요. 두시간 남짓 있었지만 대가족이와서 그냥 가족끼리 밤에 잠만 잘 용도 아니면 비추임

물이잘안빠지는것.식기가찝찝한거,렌트안하면 돌아다니기쉽지않은것말고는 만족해요 대가족여행이었는데 방3개에침대총5개 막뒹굴면서자서좋았어요 까탈스러운편이아니라서 대체적으로좋았습니다 모닝이도 귀엽습니당 어르신들있어서 식사걱정했는데 하루1끼는집에서먹어서 여기가한국인지 외국인지 헷깔릴정도엿어요ㅎㅎ

중심지와 가깝고 넓고 깔끔한 집

미국 스타일의 집에서 친구들 또는 가족과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 지내는 동안 불편한 점이 없었습니다. 4명이서 사용한게 아쉬울 정도로 넓었고 집안이 깔끔하게 정리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 괌에 다시 간다면 또 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.

6人で宿泊しました。 シャワーが2つ、トイレが3つ、寝室が3部屋（うち一部屋は2人で寝れるベッドが3台）あり、とても助かりました。 2泊3日でバスタオルが6枚のみでしたので、タオルは持って行った方が良いと思います。 また、洗濯機と乾燥機の使い勝手、仕上がりも良いので、洗剤を持って行って使用すると便利です。 あとは、ハンドソープやティッシュも何もないので、現地で調達してみんなで使用しました。 レンタカーをして、空港からも10分程度、24時間営業のKmartまで5分程度、DFSやタモンまでも5分程度で、立地はかなり良かったです。
