Reminda in the reception area could not have been nicer. We always stay here as it is well-priced, has good beds, and is centrally located in Tamworth.

Unfortunately, we just couldn’t stay due to mould and cigarette smells. The owner, however, was very polite and understanding and refunded our additional nights straight away, which we really appreciated.

The room we stayed in was only just clean. I booked a room for 1 adult and 3 children. Was given a room with queen bed and single bed they did bring a portable bed to the room. Sheets were stained and there was a weird smell in the bathroom. Only enough plates, cups, cutlery for 2 people. Sadly had no other option in town so had to stay.

Rooms were very odd and not clean at all. We had a cockroach in the kitchen area. Layout was not great, our kitchen and bedrooms were together. Bathroom had a sewerage smell and lights were flickering constantly.
